The data will be processed for the purposes of contacting you and sending you our product (video game).
The legal basis for processing your personal data is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting of conducting PR activities and establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals who are interested in our products.
Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary to receive the product. Refusal to provide your personal data may prevent us from proceeding with the cooperation.
Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to contact you and send you our product.
Recipients of your personal data may include entities providing services to the Controller (including external logistics and courier service providers), as well as public authorities.
The Controller may exceptionally transfer personal data to partners processing them outside the European Economic Area (EEA), but only to the extent necessary related to the provision of services by these partners to the Controller. In such cases, the Controller ensures the protection of personal data, in particular by applying standard data protection clauses adopted pursuant to a decision of the European Commission or transfer to countries for which the European Commission has issued a decision confirming the adequate level of protection. In such cases, you have the right to obtain a copy of the security measures used.
You have the right to:
access to your personal data, including receiving a copy, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing;
to object - in the case of processing of personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR);
portability of personal data - by receiving data from the Controller in a format that allows for its transfer to a third party of choice;
lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;
if and to the extent that the basis for the processing of personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw it in any way, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Personal data will not be processed by automated means, including through profiling.
