Selection:
Hiring Managers select candidates that match our expectations for this role. If your application does not meet our requirements after the CV review, you will receive an email with such an information.
Message from Our Recruiter:
If you are selected for an interview, our recruiters will contact you to schedule a convenient timeslot for the first meeting. The confirmation of the meeting time will be sent via email with a link.
First Meeting:
Typically, we conduct first meeting online (lasts approximately one hour). During that meeting we’ll give a quick company overview, ask about your experience, go over technical and soft skills questions and discuss the terms that we can offer.
Hearing about your needs is equally important for us. Of course, we also leave enough time for your questions — our recruitment process is a mutual dialogue, not a one-sided interview.
Next Stage:
The next stage depends on the position we are recruiting for. In some cases, there may be a test stage. Most of our recruitment processes have a maximum of 2 or 3 stages, after which a final decision is made.
When Can You Expect a Response?
We will keep you updated as soon as we can. Regardless of the decision, you will not be left without a response. If you have additional questions after the meeting, feel free to contact the recruiter via e-mail.
Final Stage – Offer and Hiring:
We will extend the offer by phone and then confirm the details via e-mail. At this point, we will inform you about the required information for contract preparation and share subsequent organizational details.
Would you consider hiring a candidate from a different time zone?
We are a multinational team and are very much open to collaborating with Candidates from other countries, as long as the time difference is not bigger than +/- 4h. We operate in Warsaw time zone (GMT + 01:00), and we want to be honest here - the bigger the time difference, the more difficult communication for both sides is.
