We’re currently working on our own AAA IP, story-driven RPG saga for PCs and next-gen consoles. We’re humbled by the interest and will share more as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience – it’ll be worth it!
Mission
We want to do two things. Sounds modest? Well, keep reading.
One is to revolutionize the RPG genre. We love these games, we’ve been playing and making them for decades – and now we want to take them a step further. Our titles will be quality driven and innovative. We don’t want to create another game, we want to create the game. We’re experts in our respective fields, confident in our abilities, and wildly passionate about what we do.
Second – is to create a studio where developers can thrive, united by a common goal and a sense of camaraderie. Our priority is the team, and the team’s priority is to create the best RPG games the world has seen.

We’re currently working on our own AAA IP, dark fantasy RPG – the first title of a planned saga. And though we’re dying to tell you more, that’s all we can share at this point. Frustrating, we know!

we believe games must be fun. We aim to create meaty, dynamic gameplay systems, which will bring a breath of fresh air to RPG games. You will immediately understand how they work – and then spend hours playing to create the best build.

we think games should make the most of interactivity, offer you as much freedom as possible. Our goal is to give you plenty of ways to solve a problem and then let you have a go at it. There will be no right or wrong way to play the game – it’ll be up to you to decide what is your way.

The Blood of Dawnwalker features a unique, immersive melee combat system, and the animation's visual style is grounded and realistic. As we ramp up production towards the game's release, we are looking for an experienced Tech Artist or Tech Animator to join us in a senior and/or leadership role and help us deliver a truly one-of-a-kind gameplay experience!
As a Lead/Senior Tech Artist, you will play a pivotal role in our team, taking responsibility for anticipating and addressing risks related to the project’s technical challenges. You will lead a team of Tech Animators and Tech Artists while managing multiple technical systems and processes with interdependencies.
You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of artists, animators, and programmers to align creative and technical perspectives, ensuring the delivery of the best possible solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Technical Animators and Technical Artists.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks within the project’s pipeline.
- Develop and implement efficient technical solutions across assets and processes.
- Collaborate with artists, animators, and programmers to streamline workflows.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years as a Technical Animator or Technical Artist in a senior/lead role, including at least one commercially shipped AAA title.
- Engine Expertise: Deep knowledge of Unreal Engine 5.
- Optimization Skills: Proven experience in overall asset optimization, including profiling tools such as Unreal Insights.
- Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with console optimization (XSS and/or PS5).
- Technical Skills: Basic rendering programming skills.
- Metahuman: Familiarity with Metahuman (a plus, but not required).
- Communication: Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Work Style: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

If you're a master of tinkering with game engines, have an insatiable appetite for pushing boundaries, and your idea of fun is “making milliseconds quiver in fear”, you might be our perfect fit. We’re working on a story-driven, dark fantasy AAA RPG for PC & consoles, and yes, it’s on Unreal Engine 5. Sounds interesting?

What you would do:
Your magic, after which the game uses less memory, less CPU (and GPU) time, and runs like a well-oiled machine, smoother than a buttered lightning bolt.
Where from?
From wherever you feel comfortable. We have an excellent office in Warsaw (Dereniowa Street), but it’s up to you if you want to show up there.
What we require:
- Extensive experience as a C++ Programmer with a track record of bending technology to your will;
- You know Unreal Engine like the back of your hand.
