Mission

We want to do two things. Sounds modest? Well, keep reading.

One is to revolutionize the RPG genre. We love these games, we’ve been playing and making them for decades – and now we want to take them a step further. Our titles will be quality driven and innovative. We don’t want to create another game, we want to create the game. We’re experts in our respective fields, confident in our abilities, and wildly passionate about what we do.

Second – is to create a studio where developers can thrive, united by a common goal and a sense of camaraderie. Our priority is the team, and the team’s priority is to create the best RPG games the world has seen.

Game description

Responsibilities:

  • Creating top-quality character-related models and textures to set the quality bar for our project from prototype to optimization
  • Collaborating with Tech Art and Engineering team in planning and implementing our art pipeline
  • Working closely with the Art Director, Directors, and Leads to drive and maintain the artistic vision of a project
  • Working creatively and willingly with the feedback
  • Maintaining the production pipeline and meeting deadlines

Requirements:

  • Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude
  • Specialization in organic forms as well as hard surface modeling
  • Outstanding modeling and texturing skills
  • Strong understanding of human form and anatomy
  • A high level of expertise in tools for modeling (ZBrush, Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter, Blender, or similar 3D software)
  • Ability to work creatively with a concept and feedback
  • Ability to mentor less experienced artists
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in game development as a Character Artist
  • Fluent English

Senior Technical Animator

Gameplay Blueprint Developer

Rebel Wolves are, at its core, a team of experienced veterans, who want to make great, and innovative Role-Playing Games! We’re working on a brand new story-driven AAA RPG Saga for PCs and consoles in Unreal Engine 5. And we’re looking for new people to join us!

Great RPGs tell amazing stories, but also provide Players with high quality gameplay that’s an organic part of the whole experience.

As a Gameplay Blueprint Developer you will be responsible for prototyping in Blueprints (Unreal Engine 5) a varied range of gameplay systems, such as exploration mechanics, character progression systems, open world elements, and many more!

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, closely together with gameplay designers, artists, animators, quest designers, and programmers to deliver state of the art gameplay with one clear goal: to create a brand new AAA RPG Saga that will evolve the genre, and become a stepping stone in the history of Role Playing Games!

Here is what we require:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a gameplay designer and/or Blueprint developer, with at least one commercially shipped title (working on AAA and/or RPG games is a plus!)
  • Very good knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprints

We’re looking for a Senior Asset Artist to join our Environment Art Team. As a Senior Asset Artist you’ll be working under our Lead Environment Artist, alongside other environment artists, and in close collaboration with the Level Design Team. As part of the team, you will be involved in crafting the assets for our upcoming title. You can work either on-site, in our modern office in Warsaw, Poland (Dereniowa Street) – or remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating top-quality, photorealistic prop-related models and textures to set the quality bar for our project from prototype to optimization.
  • Setting up materials and shaders to achieve the best possible quality.
  • Collaborating with Tech Art and Engineering team in planning and implementing our art pipeline.
  • Working closely with an environment lead, environment artist, and designers involved in creating locations, gameplay, and cinematics.
  • Working creatively and willingly with the feedback.
  • Maintaining the production pipeline and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the video game industry.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Zbrush, Maya/3DMax/Blender high to low poly workflow.
  • Great knowledge of photorealistic textures creation, including painting and baking meshes in Substance Painter/Photoshop.
  • A strong sense of composition, light, and color.
  • Good knowledge of physically based rendering (PBR).
  • Great creativity and eye for detail and realism.

Senior Producer

We are looking for a Producer to join our team and to help us with upcoming challenges.
If you love to make games and have a holistic view on the game production process you are the right candidate.

There are multiple “quests” to be accomplished as a producer at Rebel Wolves.
In Gameplay, Tech, Narrative, Art and Outsource.
It’s up to you to choose your non linear path that would suit you best.

We are looking for someone who is not afraid to go above and beyond one speciality. We are looking for a producer that will help with game development on every stage not only focusing on tables and charts.

You will be responsible for longterm and day to day work with dev teams to help them define and achieve their goals.

Here is what we require:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a game producer (preferably in AAA team environment)
  • Various project management tools experience
  • Ability to co-manage teams of at least 5 - 10 members
  • Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude
  • Ability to work multiple disciplines like Art, Gameplay, Narrative at the same time.

Job description
We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our QA Team in Warsaw to help us increase and maintain the quality of our game, tech and processes. Together with manual testers and programmers, you will create and maintain different types of automated tests, analyze the results and help to improve our game delivery pipeline. Since test automation in game development is relatively new, we are open to a more junior application. What matters is that you learn quickly and have a strong drive to improve. You can work either on-site, in our modern offices in Warsaw, Poland (Dereniowa Street) – or remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Creating new test automating scripts in C++/Blueprints
  • Maintaining existing test scripts in line with game’s development
  • Analyzing test results and forwarding them to the rest of the development team
  • Finding out ways to improve our automated processes

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in games QA.
  • Experience with OOP language, preferably C++.
  • Ability to learn quickly and strong drive to improve own skills and processes.

Game description
We’re currently working on an AAA, dark fantasy RPG – the first title of a planned saga set in our own, brand-new universe.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality concepts of locations to inspire and help the game development teams
  • Work with the art director and other directors to create and maintain a coherent vision of the game
  • Create jaw-dropping, high-quality promotional illustrations for the game
  • Maintaining the production pipeline and meeting deadlines
  • Collaboration with other artists and designers to resolve visually difficult challenges
  • Working with inside and outside artists to create concept art and illustrations

If you don’t quite meet all the requirements, consider taking a chance anyway. We’ll be open-minded, too.

Requirements:

  • Love to collaborate with others on the creative vision of the projects
  • Great imagination combined with exquisite artistic skills
  • Excellent understanding of anatomy, proportions, forms, perspective, composition, light, and color
  • Ability to develop ideas quickly
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to mentor less experienced artists
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a concept artist and/or illustrator
  • Passion for games, movies, animation, etc.
